The inaugural GovTech4All Awards are an opportunity for your technology to be at center stage at one of the most recognized GovTech platforms in the world.
The GovTech4All Awards’ First Edition showcases promising digital transformation projects born from the collaboration between startups, digital SMEs, and European public administrations.
As part of the broader GovTech4All initiative, these awards are a vehicle to boost the growing GovTech movement towards scalable interoperable initiatives that strengthen Europe’s institutions and deliver better services and greater impact for our continent’s citizens.

If you are looking for a global platform to showcase the project, this is your chance.
The GovTech4All Awards are looking for european based collaborations between already begun technology collaboration between digital SMEs, startups, or scaleups, and public sector institutions.
Winners will have the opportunity to present their projects at the GovTech4Impact World Congress Stage.
Who Can Apply:
Projects:
● EU Public sector + EU digital SME, startup, or scaleup
● At least 40% implemented Delivered in the EU
Private Companies:
● 1–10 years old
● Based in the EEA
● Driving public sector innovation
Public Institutions:
● Based in the EU
● Includes governments, agencies, universities, hospitals, and public utilities
Award Categories
Impact Award
Recognizes projects that have made a meaningful difference in public service delivery. The focus is on societal value, user-centered design, and end-user engagement, with strong attention to how the solution was designed and implemented in practice.
Innovation Award
Celebrates forward-thinking public sector solutions. The jury will look for projects that show originality, scalability, sustainability, and interoperability, especially where emerging technologies open new possibilities for government.
Your application will go through two evaluation rounds:
First Round Shortlisting
Your application will first be reviewed for eligibility and then will be evaluated by the GovTech4All team. The top 30% of projects will advance to the final round.
Expert Committee Final Selection:
If you pass the first round, your project will be reviewed by the Expert Committee of leading govtech experts from public institutions, international organizations, and technology companies. The Committee's aggregate scores will determine each category's winner.

Award Ceremony at the G4I Congress in Madrid: Date TBC
Your project will be scored against a Base Criteria of a maximum of 100 points and the top 30% of applications will move forward to the final stage.
If shortlisted, the Expert Committee will review your project under the same 100 point criteria but with an additional Category Module worth 10 additional points for each category.
The final maximum score is 110 points per project, each project can only win one award.
