GovTech 4 Impact World Congress (G4I) is the global platform on public digital transformation, bringing together governments, international organisations, corporations, investors, startups, academia, and philanthropy to drive impact through innovation.

We are now accepting speaking proposals for the 2026 edition of the Congress, taking place from 5–7 May 2026 in Madrid. We welcome inspiring speakers and engaging formats that showcase innovation, collaboration, and transformation in the public sector.

All sessions will be held in person at the 2026 Congress. The deadline to submit a proposal is December 16, 2025.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We are looking for thought leaders and changemakers from across the GovTech ecosystem, including:

• Public Sector Leaders
• International Organisations
• Entrepreneurial Public Servants
• Impact-Driven Innovators
• Universities & Research Institutions

The G4I Expert Committee will review all proposals and select the most relevant contributions to be included in the official 2026 programme. Selected speakers will receive a confirmation with their allocated session and speaking time.
