Getting around Madrid

Madrid boasts an extensive and efficient public transport network. With its multiple subway lines, diverse tram routes, and comprehensive bus services, you can swiftly and dependably reach your desired destinations. CLIMATE

During late May, Madrid enjoys its characteristic Mediterranean climate with maritime influences. Anticipate pleasant daytime conditions as spring is in full swing. The average maximum temperature for this period is around 19–20°C (66–68°F), while the average minimum temperature hovers at approximately 13–14°C (55–57°F).

It’s advisable to have an umbrella on hand, as there might be occasional rainfall during these days. Consider dressing in layers, as daytime temperatures are typically warm, while the evenings can bring a slight chill. The water temperature remains around 14.0°C (57.2°F), making swimwear optional.

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
