Mayors Leadership Forum
The GovTech 4 Impact Mayors Leadership Forum brings together a select group of pioneering city leaders for a closed-door, high-level working session — a space for candid dialogue, peer exchange, and collaborative problem-solving at the intersection of governance and technology.
This is a closed-door, high-level roundtable working session focused on three core themes:
- Human-Centred Services: Using digital identity to accelerate local digital services.
- Connected Digital Twins: Developing “the city as a platform” to address societal challenges.
- Visionary Leadership: Strengthening leadership, financing, and implementation from the citizen to the global level.
Chair of the Mayors Leadership Forum: Rian Van Dam, Mayor of Hollands Kroon, the Netherlands
As part of the wider GovTech for Impact World Congress 2026, the Forum connects directly into the international GovTech ecosystem gathered in Madrid, creating natural touchpoints for conference participants to engage with public sector leaders and partners beyond the closed-door sessions.
